The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of DOEIGSA. The bylaws require that it be convened at least twice per academic year (once during the Fall semester and once during the Winter) but it may be convened more often. At a GA, all members are invited to vote on issues that affect the functioning of the association, such as electing student reps and amending the bylaws.
