Are you planning an event for other students? It doesn’t matter whether it’s academic, athletic, cultural, or social — if you’re willing to take the time to organize it, DOEIGSA might be able to help cover the costs. You just need to make sure that your activity meets the following requirements:
1. It must be approved in advance at a meeting of the Student Representative Council.
2. It must be open to all students in the department or in your program.
3. It must be advertised in at least 2 ways in addition to word of mouth (examples: posters, Facebook, email to the entire department through Nadine, etc.)
